Leafshade tried to climb shakily to his paws, he had to help the others. He threw himself at Elkstar's paws to give Darkwing an advantage then he crawled towards Tearblossom.

(Can I kill him/her to end the battle? And is it a him or her?)

Blacknettle gasped in surprise, but would not show that hse was shocked. Quicker than even she expected, she twisted in Tearblossom's grip and raked down her face.
Tearblossom leapt back in surpirse, yowling in pain as blood leaked into her eyes.
Blacknettle snickered. "You foolish cat! I would expect an apprentice to know that you should protect your face! I guess they never taught that in RockClan- to lazy to get off their paws, grown soft from sleeping in that mouse filled hole of yours!"

(Hmm... I'm thinking of making a character that can be the cat version of Bellatrix Lestrange. That would be cool.)

Leafshade threw himself at Tearblossom with all the energy he could muster.

Darkwing slashed out at Larkstar again.

"It's not a hole," Tearblossom hissed back, just in time to fling around and catch Leafshade's neck with her paw. She dug her claws in then dragged them over his neck, shedding as much blood as possible.

Leafshade let out a gurgling gasp and sunk to the ground, blood pulsing out of his neck wound.
"Blacknettle..." He coughed, "help..me.."

Blacknettle saw the dying cat, but felt no pity. She was a pityless cat, and felt no sorrow, guilt, or mercy. If Leafshade couldn't obey the rules of the dark forest: kill or be killed, then, well... the rule pretty much answered that. She gave Tearblossom one last rake down the back, hissing all the way, and then, remmebing to obey her own rule, she flung up with a yowl and slashed at Sandstar's throat. It was with such power and ferocity that he stumbled to the ground, shimmering blood soaking the earth. She snickered, for she knew that he was dead, and probably so was Leafshade, so she turned tail and fled, satisfied for another day.
She only glanced back once to see the old sand-furred cat fading. She had destroyed him forever.

Leafshade let out a final cough before he faded away forever.

((EVIL BLACKNETTLE.......))

Tearblossom stared at the empty place that Sandstar had been. Leafshade was gone, but the cat deserved it. But the fact that her kin (I'll email you the family tree I made) had been killed forever by her old mate's mate made her furious, and devastated.

((All the evil cats that I own left btw, following Blacknettle. I forgot their names.))

Larkstar let out a howl of grief as he gazed at the spot where Sandstar had been.

Tearblossom took one last lunge at Thornstar, although she was too hollow isnd, and she felt it, too do much damage.

Thornstar snickered and slipped away.

((Uhhhh.... I'm guessing that means that Tearblossom missed completely?--

"He snickered and slipped away,"

Oh well. Oh well.))

Tearblossom let her legs go beneath her, and she slumped onto the forest floor. "He's gone..." She looked up at Larkstar, who was staring at the spot Sandstar had vanished from. "What are we going to do? Thornstar want's to destroy StarClan doesn't he? He wants to take over it? But we can't let him. What now, Larkstar, what now?"

Elkstar looked with horror in his eyes at the blood on the forest floor. It was easy to detirmine StarClan blood from Dark Forest blood: StarClan blood shimmered, while Dark Forest blood was almost black in colour. It was all slowly fading away though, for it was not true blood. A dead cat's blood could not be spilt. "True blood or not, this blood has been spilt," he hissed at himself, "and it is all my fault. Why did I choose him as leader? Because I was blind, that is why. Any leader with proper eyes could have seen the chaos this cat would cause."

Fallensnow gazed at Elkstar sympathetically "It's not your fault, if he hadn't been a leader it wouldn't change who he is," she mewed.

((How did Thornstar die anyway? I thought maybe Silverlight (his daughter) when she was still a 'paw could have lured him into the tunnel, because she knew that he was an evil cat, and collapsed the tunnel over him. He was trapped and lost all of his nine lives whiel trying to escape. GO SILVERLIGHT! Who is also, btw, Earthpaw and Honeypaw's mother))

Elkstar sighed. "He should never had become this powerful."
Tearblossom approached Elkstar. "He could have been even more powerful, if it wasn't for my brave daughter. She killed him, you know, and it took all her bravery to do so. I couldn't be more proud of a daughter, and a son... and also my granddaughter, Snowsong. I believe that she is meant for something special."

((Silverlight is Earthpaw and Honeypaw's mother))

Fallensnow nodded "Silverlight did a great deed," she whispered.

((Have you noticed that Azureflight and Snowsong are related? They're first cousins once removed.))

(yes! and Hagrid's buttcrack is related to Thornstar)

Sighing, Tearblossom walked off into the cool mist, had a drink, and then settled down in the moss.

Larkstar ran back into the clearing, "they're all back in their territory."

"The scene at the gathering unnerves me," Larkstar muttered to his mate.

"Does Elkstar have anything to say?" Fallensnow asked.

"I do not know, I haven't seen him," Larkstar curled his tail around Fallensnow. "But I am worried, war may break out and I hope our daughter can handle it."

"I'm sure she'll be fine, she is your daughter after all."

"You flatter me, but still, we must believe in her."

Featherpool and Azureflight joined the former RockClan cats, called by their clanmate's worry. Featherpool was about to speak, but hesitated. Should she tell them? Azureflight stepped forward. "There is a war coming, you are right. We have foreseen it. RockClan is safe. But..."

((help me, I'm out of inspiration for a "but"))

"But...?" Fallensnow asked.

((Maybe they could be under threat from the other clans but indirectly or something?))

"But I don't know how long that will last. We foresee they will not be involved in the upcoming war, if there is to be one. But you see, this will disrupt peace among the clans, and lead to the..." Featherpool stopped to look at Azureflight, unsure of how to put this. "And we think RockClan might be involved in a prophecy."
Featherpool looked directly at Larkstar. "The prophecy says: Ice remains strong, binding two rocks together as one."

"Ice.. Do you think it's talking about our daughter?" Fallensnow's eyes widened. "Larkstar, what do you think?"

"It is quite possible that it refers to her, but not certain. Either way, she has a rough time ahead."
